When you register for the Service you will be providing Griffin Group plc with certain personal information. Griffin Group plc will make all reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of such information and will comply with the relevant and current English Data Protection laws. However, you agree that we may disclose to the Financial Services Authority and to any other regulatory body to which we are subject and to any person empowered to require such information by or under any legal enactment, any information they may request or require relating to you or the Services under this Contract.

Subject to the above, the information provided by you during the registration process will remain confidential. However, Griffin Group plc will endeavour to contact you to provide information relating to the services provided by it. By agreeing to this Contract you give your permission for Griffin Group plc to telephone you on the daytime/other telephone number provided in the registration form or contact you using the address provided in the registration form. You understand that by agreeing to this Contract you are placed under no obligation to transact business with Griffin Group plc.

We will not disclose any information we keep about you to any third parties, except any suppliers we engage to provide services, which involve processing data on our behalf. Furthermore, we will not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about our users to any third party.

Exceptionally, we may need to disclose your personal details (i) if so required by law (ii) to enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, (iii) if so required by the police or regulatory or government authority in investigating illegal activities, or (iv) protect the rights, property or safety of Griffin Group plc.
