Stephen was Chairman of Artisan (UK) plc until 2002. He also
developed interests in the technology and financial services sectors and held
directorships of a number of publicly-traded companies, including Perthshire
Leisure plc, IMS Maxims plc, Envesta plc, Elite Strategies plc and Cater
Barnard plc in London, and Dialog Group, Inc. in
New York.
Vince Nicholls – Finance Director
Vince has audited and advised a broad range of businesses over a period of 25
years in professional public practice. During this time he has (as a partner
of Spokes and Company) acted for a number of AIM-traded companies.
He also has experience of US company accounting and US listing requirements.
In addition to his continuing partnership with Spokes and Company, he is currently
Finance Director of Griffin Group plc, a director of Euro
Investment Fund plc, Process Handling plc, Firenze
Ventures plc and Pearl Street
Holdings plc.
Jan Ledochowski - Non-Executive Director
Jan Ledochowski has extensive financial and corporate finance advisory
experience. He previously has been a director at S.G. Warburg & Co.
Limited (London) specialising in domestic and international corporate finance.
Jan has worked as an independent consultant and company director in
Central Europe.
